Beauty Products = Hazardous Waste?

You may not equate the two of these right off the bat, but when thinking about the ingredients, you’ll find they shouldn’t be treated as normal rubbish.  Take nail polish for example.  When you are done with it (empty or not), do you simply throw it in the rubbish bin?
